Data Accuracy

Where our data comes from, its limits, and how to report errors.

Last updated: 10 June 2026

1. Our commitment

Dazona aims to publish correct, current and useful information about the city of Lisbon. Even so, much of the content comes from external sources that change frequently, so permanent accuracy cannot be guaranteed. This page explains where the data comes from and what to expect from each section.

2. Data sources

Transport data comes from the operators' public sources, such as Carris Metropolitana and Metro de Lisboa. Cinema showtimes, events and information about places and businesses come from the venues, organisers, cultural agendas and other third-party sources, credited to the original source where applicable.

3. Transport and waiting times

The waiting times and timetables shown are estimates provided by the operators' systems and can fail, lag or differ from reality, especially during service disruptions. Always confirm the information on the operator's official channels before planning a journey that depends on an exact timetable.

4. Cinema and events

Cinema sessions and events can be changed or cancelled by venues and organisers without notice. Confirm the session or event with the box office or organiser before travelling.

5. Business and places directory

Opening hours, contact details and addresses of businesses and places may be out of date. If you run a listed business and spot incorrect information, contact us at support@vizuh.com so we can correct or remove it.

6. Corrections

If you find an error on any page, please report it by email to support@vizuh.com, indicating the page in question and the problem found. We review every report and correct the information as quickly as possible.

7. No warranties

The information published is for general information only and is provided "as is", without warranties of accuracy, completeness or currency. Use of the site is governed by the Terms of Use, including the limitation of liability set out there.
